How To Order:

Placing an order through our website shopping cart is easy and secure. While we would love to personally speak with you, we cannot take phone orders and still have time to make our handcrafted candles and soaps, package them and get them to the Post Office in a timely manner. Please do contact us by email if you have special requests, questions, concerns or just want to drop us a line. We'd love to hear from you and are always happy to respond!

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders. Allow 7 to 10 business days for checks to clear before order is shipped. $25 fee on all returned checks. All sales final.

 

Privacy Policy:

Your information is 100% private! Aroma Fields Candles will never share your information with anyone. We do not give your name and information to others. You are not put on mailing lists, call lists or Email lists. All transactions with us are private. The information you fill out when ordering is use strictly to fulfill your order.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Our candles are individually handmade upon receipt of your order so that you receive fresh ingredients. Scented candles must cure before shipping so most candle orders will ship within 5-7 business days. There are occasions when it may take a few extra days due to high quantity orders or holiday seasons.

 

Shipping:

We put great effort into carefully wrapping your candles and soaps securely and want your package to arrive safely and in one piece. We also want to ship with the least amount of cost to you. Therefore, we will always use the best shipping method possible.

Over $100 = shipping will be calculated separately and the additional amount will be added to your invoice.

Flat Rate Shipping: If your order will fit into one of the two available Flat-Rate shipping boxes, we will use Flat-Rate shipping in order to reduce your shipping cost. Flat-Rate shipping is $9.80 for standard size and $12.95 for large. We can fit a lot of our products into Flat-Rate boxes, so order plenty and save on shipping costs!
